I work exclusively online via Zoom. I use EMDR, cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I work with adults, children and adolescents. When I work with children, their parents are usually part of the process as well.

EMDR is a type of therapy which is particularly useful when people have experienced trauma but can also help with a range of other problems. There is more information available at the EMDR UK Association website.

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) works with thoughts, feelings and behaviour, and is very helpful for people with anxiety and depression, as well as other problems.

I work with a full range of problems, but I specialise in responses to trauma and in autism. When we first meet, I will ask lots of questions to get an understanding of what you want, and we will formulate a plan together. The work I do with most people is short to medium term.

I charge €90 or £80 per hour for individuals.
